Absinthe Frappe
Ingredients
45ml Drifters End Absinthe
15ml Simple syrup (this can not be purchased at bottle stores, or made at home
60ml Soda Water
Crushed Ice
Mint to Garnish
Method
1. Add absinthe and simple syrup into a preferred glass (highball or frappe) and stir.
2. Add in the crushed ice, and give the mixture another stir.
3. Slowly pour the soda water over the ice, and give it another stir.
4. Garnish with the mint.
5. Sip away!
