πŸ―πŸ‹Honey Gin Sour

Silky and refreshing, with bright citrus up front and a soft honeyed finish, balanced by gentle spice from pepperberry.

Ingredients
60 ml Leatherwood Honey & Pepperberry Gin
20–25ml fresh lemon juice (adjust to taste)
15 ml egg white
Ice

Method
1. Add gin, lemon juice, and egg white (or aquafaba) to a shaker without ice.
2. Dry shake hard for 10–15 seconds to build foam.
3. Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
4. Double strain into a chilled coupe or sour glass.
Garnish (optional)

- a few drops of bitters on the foam
