💕 Pink Gin Valentine Spritz 💕

Light, refreshing and beautifully blushed — this one’s made for sharing.

Ingredients
45ml Australian Pink Gin
15ml fresh lemon juice
10ml simple syrup (or to taste)
Prosecco or sparkling wine, to top
Ice

To garnish
Strawberry slice or raspberry
Lemon twist or edible flowers (if you’re feeling fancy)

Method
1. Fill a wine glass with ice.
2. Add Pink Gin, lemon juice and simple syrup.
3. Gently top with Prosecco.
4. Stir lightly and garnish with fruit and a twist of lemon.
