Spiced Pumpkin Gin Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
30ml Drifters End Spiced Pumpkin Gin
250ml Full Cream Milk
1Tbs (heaped) Hot Chocolate Powder
2 Tbs (heaped) Thickened Cream, whipped
Garnish Options
1 Pinch Ground Cinnamon
Connamon Chard
Method
1. Add the milk and hot chocolate powder to a small suace pan and bring to the boil, stirring continuously for approximately 2 minutes - ensure the mixture does not boil over.
2. Add hot chocolate to your favourite mug
3. Add the Spiced Pumpkin Gin to the mug and stir to combine
4. Spoon the whipped cream onto the top of the hot chocolate and lightly sprinkle with the ground cinnamon
5. Sip away!
