Traditional Absinthe Pour

Ingredients
45ml Drifters End Absinthe
135ml Chilled Water
1 Suger Cube

Method
1. Add absinthe into a preferred glass (a traditional absinthe glass is used in this picture).
2. Place a slotted absinthe spoon on top of the glass, and place the suger sube onto the spoon.
3. Slowly drip the chilled water over the sugar cube and into the glass.
4. As the absinthe and water mix, the liquid will louche (turn an opaque cloudly colour).
5. Add ice (if requried) and stir.
6. Sip away!
