Introducing DEW008, our latest single cask release — a distinctive expression of Drifters End whisky, matured in an ex-Apera cask.

This single malt showcases the richness and depth that only time and careful cask selection can deliver. The Apera cask imparts layers of candied fruits, toasted oak and spiciness, balanced with a smooth, lingering finish.

As a single cask release, every bottle comes from one carefully selected barrel — meaning once it’s gone, it won’t be repeated.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Raisins, Candied Orange Peel, Zesty Citrus and Toasted Oak.
Palate: Full bodied and spicy with notes of cinnamon and clove, dark chocolate and apricot jam.
Finish: Long, warming and sweet – slightly drying with notes of dark chocolate, caramelised fruits and oak spice.
