DEW009 is our latest single cask release — an Ex-Shiraz American Oak whisky showcasing richness, depth and balance in every pour. Matured in a carefully selected cask that previously held bold Shiraz, this release delivers layers of dark fruit character, warming spice and decadent sweetness.

On the nose, intense dark berries and stewed fruit are met with notes of caramel and cracked white pepper. The palate is full-bodied and luxurious, revealing flavours of strawberry conserve, dark chocolate and freshly roasted coffee, before giving way to a long, warming finish of lingering sweetness, gentle spice and drying oak tannins.

As our first large-format whisky release, DEW009 represents another exciting step in the evolution of our whisky program — crafted to be savoured, shared and enjoyed Your Way.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Dark berries, caramel, cracked white pepper.
Palate: Full bodied and spicy with notes of strawberry jam, dark chocolate, coffee.
Finish: Long, warming and sweet – gentle spice and drying oak tannins.
