Spiced Pumpkin Gin
Our award-winning Spiced Pumpkin Gin is inspired by autumns and winters spent in America.
Our blend of Australian pumpkins and carefully selected spices, combined with traditional gin botanicals, create a unique sipping gin that is perfect for the cooler months.
While you can G&T it, we recommend drinking this gin just as is, or garnish with a slice of fresh orange and a chard of cinnamon bark for something a little different.
All our spirits are hand crafted and batch distilled in Tasmania.
Bottled at 41.5% ABV, our Spiced Pumpkin Gin is available in 700ml and 200ml bottles.

Juniper Berries
These magnificent sweet, dank and pungent berries are what make gin- ‘gin’. Distilled in hardworking Annie, they add a strong peppery and pine needle fragrance to our gin base.

The bulb the of the iris flower, playing an essential role by ‘locking in’ the other beautiful botanicals flavours. Provides a dusty earthy perfume.

Crisp and fresh juicy citrusy flavours that balance out and lift our other botanicals.

Australian Pumpkins
Austrlaian Pumpkins are hand-prepared and steeped in our neutral spirit to extract maximum pumpkin flavour.

This unique botanical adds a spicy warming heat with a partly sweet taste that is both fragrant and earthy.

Liquorice Root
Provides an incredible viscosity and sweetness with a spicey heat on the finish.

Angelica Root
Angelica Root helps to ‘lock in’ the spirit aromatics. This root provides a very subtle bitter yet sweet earthy notes.

Nutmeg
Highly aromatic, nutmeg is a warm spice which is sweet, woody and slightly nutty in falvour.

All Spice Berry
Fruity, bitter and earthy, all spice is named as such because it tastes like cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg combined.
