We’ve created two seasonal gins that refelct the true spirit of the festive season, filled with Yule tide aromatics that are sure to pair with Santa’s cookies!

Nice is inspired by Christmas Pudding - think christmas spices and mixed fruit for a perfect balance of spiciness and sweetness.

Naughty is inspired by those versatile malty chocolate balls we love so dearly - created using cocoa and a specially selected malted grain to give you a classic malty-chocolaty taste.

DEW007 - Christmas Release

We wanted to try something a little festive for this Christmas Season! This release embodies Christmas in Tassie - Pinot Noir, Fruit Mince Pies, and Whisky. This release would not be possible without the help of two Tassie taste-jaggernauts: Frogmore Creek WInes and Jean Pascal Patisserie.
Aged in a single Pinot cask, and then finished in a Frogmore Creek red wine barrel seasoned with Jean Pascal Bakery’s Fruit Mince Pie jus - this release is Christmas spice and all things nice!
Bottled at 46.9%, DEW007 will leave your lips tingling and your palate wanting more.
