Single Malt Whisky
At Drifters End Distilling Company, all of our whiskies are batch produced, and released only when we think they are ready.
We focus on using Bourbon and wine barrels, and throw in barrels that are different when we come across something special.
We use a range of barrel sizes: 20L, 100L, 125L, 200L and 220L, with the smaller barrels maturing faster than the larger barrels. But, this means that we’re planning for the future.
Our first release was a marraige of three casks - Apera, Bourbon and Pinot - something different that represents traditional Scottish whisky, Sam, and Chris.
