DEW006 is a whisky of richness and refinement – complex yet beautifully smooth, matured in ex-Clarendon Hills Pinot Casks to create layers of flavour you’ll want to savour.

Clarendon Hills is a family run vineyard, founded by a biochemist, that introduced the concept of single-vineyard wines to Australia. They are a world-class winery with a first-class reputation! The last Clarendon Hills Pinot Noir vintage released was the 2015 vintage, so these casks are rare! These wines were known for their dark ruby color, intriguing aromas of allspice, black fruits, and earth.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Lush black cherry and stewed dark fruits rise first, intertwined with subtle tobacco and a hint of candied citrus for brightness.
Palate: Full-bodied and indulgent, with notes of ripe plum, warm spice, velvety chocolate, and a whisper of toffee for depth.
Finish: Lingering and satisfying, delivering dark chocolate richness, a touch of white pepper, and soft tannins that gently embrace the palate.
