Single Malt Whisky - DEW002
A very limited release, DEW002 is output of a single 20L Tawny barrel, aged for just over 2 years, and then finished in a Bourbon barrel for 1 month.
When first encountering this beautiful spirit on the nose, you will be led by sweet caramel and spice with subtle vanilla and wooded undertones of mulch and wine cellars.
On your first sip, the palate is then blasted with zesty freshness and a smash of spice, which then morphs into Christmas pudding and clove flavours. Dusty oak flavours find their way to the back of the palate
Your palate is left with a long lingering zesty spicyness and subtle sweetness and cigar boxyness that is satisfyingly good!.
Bottled at 46% ABV, our second release is sweet and spicy, deliciously more-ish and excitingly drinkable.

Nose: Rich deep flavour notes of creme-caramel, spice and subtle vanilla and mulch.
Palate: Traditional Tawny flavours of Christmas pudding, clove and cinnamon, with dusty oak.
