Another single cask release, DEW004 is output of a single 20L Tawny barrel, aged for just over 2 years.
When first encountering this beautiful spirit on the nose, you will be led by sweet caramel and spice with subtle vanilla.
On your first sip, the palate is then blasted with zesty freshness and a smash of spice, which then morphs into Christmas pudding and clove flavours. Dusty oak flavours find their way to the back of the palate.
Your palate is left with a long lingering spicyness and subtle sweetness of raisins and cigar boxyness that is satisfyingly good!
Bottled at 47% ABV, our fourth release is rich in spice and wholesome sweetness - a perfect whisky for the coming winter months.
