Whisky Highball

Ingredients
45ml Drifters End Distilling Company Single Malt Whisky
90–120ml high-quality soda water (chilled)
Large ice block or cubes
Optional garnish: a twist of orange peel or a sprig of rosemary

Method
1. Fill a highball glass with large ice cubes.
2. Pour in the Single Malt Whisky
3. Top gently with chilled soda water.
4. Stir lightly to combine.
5. Garnish with orange peel or rosemary for a fragrant finish.
6. Sip away!
